請教千歲機場-登別-洞爺湖-美瑛-小樽交通

07.28(日)出發到機場，開始兩個人的五天四夜的行程。想請教若是從千歲機場->登別->洞爺湖->美瑛(住宿Mr GNU)->小樽->千歲機場這樣子的行程，能否適合以公共運輸為主軸。或是建議美瑛的那一天租車就好，還是全程租車比較適合。因為是第一次到日本，也是第一次自助，所以想尋求比較熟悉的前輩意見 :) 謝謝大家:-)
